Patricia Bleyer, aged 30, while riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by her husband, Edward, was injured as a result of a collision between her husbands auto and one driven by the defendant, Raymond Gross. The collision occurred on County Trunk J in Portage county on March 16, 1959. This action was commenced to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Patricia, and further for damages sustained by Edward as a result of the injuries to his wife.
