This is an appeal from an award of attorneys fees made by Judge (now Justice) Moore in a superior court appeal of an order of the State Board of Public Accountancy. That order, which revoked Mr. Rosens license to practice in this state as a certified public accountant, was upheld by the superior court. Most of the allegations Rosen makes in his appeal to this court can be dealt with very briefly.
